Every week, you will upload 5 new vocabulary words, and sample sentences to go along with each that clearly show an understanding of the word’s meaning. By midterm you will have 25 words and sentences; by the final, 25 in addition to that. So by the end of the semester you will have added 50 new words to your vocabulary.

For nouns, include the gender, singular and plural forms, and translation. Ex: das Buch, die Bücher = book, books

For adjectives and adverbs, the word plus its translation. Ex: schnell = fast, quickly

For verbs, the infinitive, any irregular forms in the present tense, the perfect tense and the written past. Ex: fahren, fährt, ist gefahren, fuhr = to drive, drives, has driven, drove
