welcome

In my years in the classroom as a substitute teacher, student teacher, and volunteer I have been taught by my students as much I have taught them.  I have learned to value a safe learning environment; the benefits of frank and open communication; a curriculum that is applicable to my students’ lives; and of course, an approach with a sense of humor. I will continue to develop these qualities as I gain more experience as a teacher.
