The following is my student impact paper, which I chose to include because it demonstrates my effectiveness as an educator. Evidence of student learning can be seen through the quality of their post-assessments, in comparison to their pre-assessments. Within this paper I determined the students' learning needs and set objectives to meet such needs, I planned and delivered instruction, and I included post-assessments that demonstrate students' growth according to the objectives I set for their learning.
