     One of the main idea behind informal and student observations is for candidates like me to become a self-reflector in the teaching field. Using this way of assessing, I am able to apply what is taught at Hunter and practice the skills needed to become an analytical reflector. Finally, this way of assessing also allows teachers to get to know children and their interests personally, which helps build activities and curriculum to a meaningful level.
